We want you to be completely satisfied with your Flook The Label purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
